  I took two pairs of pants to be hemmed and the moment after I washed them one of the legs was un-hemmed completely. I also had a blouse altered. I gave them an identical blouse already altered how I wanted it and told them to make an identical copy of the altered blouse. Apparently the meaning of "identical" was too confusing because what I received was not an identical tailored blouse, but a shoddy attempt at one. They may be cheap, but they do not do quality work.
