  Great place and great employees! Very nice guys who really do care about their customers. They even offered me and my family snacks and drinks! They also gave us the best options and didn't insist on selling us all this junk we didn't need. So far the move from T-mobile (which is a joke) to Sprint is going very well. Thanks Sprint! Buy your next Sprint phone here.

  Not so customer friendly. Sprint systems are outdated and have gaps. I was trying to sign up for Sprint service online in response to some promotion. Suddenly, the website tells me to go to the store to finish creating my account. I go to this store and give them Driver's License and a valid CC. The staff then asks for passport and some other identification. I get frustrated but they say that they need it!! I left the store and went to Tapo Canyon store. They didn't ask for passport or any other identification. Driver's License was enough there. This store on Cochran wasted my hour. Staff had weird attitude too. They wanted to sell what I didn't need and tried to charge for some fees. Avoid this store and go to the Tapo Canyon Sprint store instead!
